Equity is a luxury real estate company that I was able to provide art direction for as I mainly overlooked and fully developed the company's overall brand look. The main objective behind Equity's brand was to make it look minimalist but not flat and also make the designs look consistent across different mediums. I was mainly tasked to polish brochure and report templates and create social media thumbnails, static and animated paid ads, a revised color palette, presentation designs, newsletters, and also print designs such as just sold boards and trophy designs.
