Branding and design for Equity; a real estate brokerage that aims to provide bespoke services for clients that seek premium properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. At Equity, I was tasked to develop the brand and create social graphics, presentation decks, print collaterals, brochures. Through the process of becoming their lead brand designer, I also had the opportunity of involving myself more in content creation. Below are some of my favorite work that I've done for Equity. As you got through it, I hope you also see the brand's visuals develop along the way into something more minimalist and luxury.

Company Review Photo Collage
Tasked to come up with something alternative to a regular carousel post of photos, I decided to lean into the mixed media photo collage trend to add playfulness and liveliness to the feed while still keeping it on brand.
The Full Picture Social Series
The idea behind this carousel series was to use our unfurnished listings and bring the empty spaces to life using AI. This was a series meant to help bring a vision of a property to life and helping target audiences envision the space as their own.

LA MER OPEN HOUSE CAMPAIGN
The task was to come up with a paid ad campaign that was intriguing, luxurious, but mysterious and vague. This was achieved by featuring the tight shots of the interior; assisted with ambient music and copy that helps give audiences a fuller picture of the lifestyle one can have when living in such a property.
INSIDE THE PROPERTY
Inside the Property is a carousel series that features Equity's premium properties and allows viewers to know more about the property's features. Rather than the typical carousels that label interior or features of a house, I proposed to come up with a more interactive format which is a continuous carousel that looks like a magazine layout that features tight and wide pictures of the property shot by our team and also features textures and materials used to create the space.
